We are a non-profit foundation committed to advancing social sustainability in its many forms; from environmental resilience and public health to human rights and social equity.

The OpenGrants Foundation was founded to address structural inequities and support sustainable solutions for public good. Our objectives, as legally registered, are as follows:

We conduct research and support innovation across diverse areas such as environmental sustainability, public health, technology, human rights, gender justice, and other public-interest themes.

We empower young people and social innovators through training, mentorship, and leadership development programs to equip them for transformative community impact.

Our initiative highlights practical, accessible ways people can contribute to environmental and social resilience through informed, conscious choices.

We support initiatives in education, health, arts, sports, and disaster response that contribute to broad-based social welfare.
The OpenGrants Foundation, founded in 2025, is a non-profit advancing social resilience through grantmaking, research, and knowledge sharing. It builds on the legacy of ThaiConsent Company Limited, a social enterprise known for its regional leadership in civic media and policy consulting.

Founded in 2015 in response to widespread misunderstandings about sexual consent and gender-based violence in Thailand, ThaiConsent began as a civic movement using storytelling, art, and participatory media to ignite public dialogue around gender equity and sexual justice. The initiative gained national attention and regional influence, inspiring similar efforts across Southeast Asia.
By 2021, it had become a registered social enterprise, delivering solutions across themes such as ESG governance, environmental sustainability, youth empowerment, animal welfare, and civic innovation. With a track record in policy consulting, campaign design, and public engagement, ThaiConsent positioned itself at the intersection of media, governance, and strategic development providing research-driven, culturally sensitive approaches to complex social problems.
Recognizing the growing demand for grant-based collaboration, particularly from institutional funders, the team established the OpenGrants Foundation to serve as an agile, transparent platform for managing non-commercial partnerships. OpenGrants is not a charity in the traditional sense; it does not rely on general public donations. Instead, it partners with like-minded institutions to fund and support public-interest work in mental health, youth development, community resilience, and cross-sector innovation.

Whether through joint research, grant facilitation, or program implementation, we welcome collaboration that aligns with our core commitments to inclusion, equity, and sustainability.
We do not accept public donations. Instead, we work directly with like-minded partners to fund and deliver high-impact initiatives.
